Return Conditions:
We are pleased to accommodate returns for the refund and exchanged within 15 business days after the package was delivered to you.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
How To Return:
Before you send the return back to us, you must Email our Customer Service Group with your Order No. firstly. We will then provide you with instruction and return address to ship your set back. All return items will be inspected to see if you qualify for arefund, as opened merchandise will not be refunded.

Note1: No-restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

Note2: We highly recommend to ship your set via a tracking shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
Refund:
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed that the return item was not damaged. It will take about 24-48 Business to process the refund, but some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund as well.
Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us. All customer needs to provide us with the tracking information in order that we could process the refund as quickly as possible.
Exchange:
Yes, you could return the item back to us for exchange. Please contact our customer service group about your requirement. We will resend new item of your choice.
